 SHOP POLICIES  

Thank you for your interest in Geek Nest, we greatly appreciate your business!  All of our items are handmade by us and we take pride in our work; we only use quality ingredients and materials. 

1:ORDERS

We process all of our orders in our home.  Once we receive an order, it will be shipped within 3-5 business days.  We accept PayPal and all major credit cards.  You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:

You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout.  Credit card purchases are through Square, a service that provides secure payment processing.  Geek Nest will not have access to your credit card information. 

Orders will be processed after payment has been cleared.

2:SHIPPING

Orders will be processed in 3-5 business days.  All orders will be shipped priority mail via United States Postal Service.  Any excess shipping costs over $2 will be refunded to the customer.  Shipping costs include shipping and handling. An email confirmation will be sent once item is shipped. 

3: RETURNS

I gladly accept returns and cancellations:

Just contact me within: 5 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 7 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase

I don't accept exchanges, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order. Sale items cannot be returned. 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
